RVA Civic Hackathon 2026

I participated in the first ever RVA Civic Hackathon. Had a pretty good time. Got to work with and meet new people. We created a widget that the city can put on any of its websites that allows users in natural language to ask questions and get information from reliable sources in the Richmond City website. We also gave it the ability to direct people to the RVA 411 site for them to make requests from the city. It was a fun little project and I’m glad I participated in the first RVA Civic Hackathon.
